*If you are entering as an individual but would like to create your own team,
please choose a team name, organize a group of players, and have them fill in
your chosen name under "Team Name". We will provide you with a coach so
please fill in "Coach's Name" with "Coach Needed". Teams are comprised of a
minimum of 20 players; if you fall short of that number, we will provide you with
more players. All SHOWTIME players will be provided with jerseys.
